Posted November 1, 2018. Yes, you can. I got my raptor at level 10 or something. All you need is a level 80 character to take the low level character through the first few PoF missions. I don’t remember if I had to be on the PoF story, but I’m sure you can figure that out along the way.

Move on to the next map for it. Also a good advice is to only level initially the first 3 masteries for each mount. That way just the story mastery points and the easy ones on the maps will be more than enough to unlock of thbe solo abilities for all the mount (exclusing theEoD only provides the two basic mounts (Raptor and Springer) 2. EoD doesn't unlock the mount masteries for those two basic mounts. 3. EoD will not unlock the Warclaw mount mastery in WvW. Only PoF offers the complete mount experience. If having access to a mount is your primary goal, then get the PoF expansion/DLC.
